Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of local delivery.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same premium condition that you received it.

Returns & Stocking

Because we coordinate directly with regional wholesale distributors, returns on large furniture items may be subject to a standard distributor restocking fee.

Delivery & Pickup Fees

Original delivery fees are non – refundable. If you require our team to personally schedule a truck pick up for a heavy item return, a localized pickup transit fee will apply
